- Warranty
All our Electrical equipment comes with a 12 month back to base warranty if the equipment fails. This excludes damage due to misuse and negligence.
If your item fails within 7 days of you or your receiving it, we will arrange, and pay to get the item to be sent back to us for inspection/repair/replacement. Outside the 7 days, you will be required to send the goods back to us at your own expense. We will then pay for any repairs, replacements and costs of returning the item to you. This only applies to manufacturing faults. Faults caused by misuse or neglect won’t be covered.
Faulty machines must be sent back in original packaging or if this is not possible well packaged to prevent damage (items must be secure and protected from impact and sealed within an outer box suitable for transit). The Buyer will be liable for any damage occurring in transit due to inadequate packing. Any damage costs may be deducted off any refunds or credits issued.
If deemed that the goods have failed due to misuse and negligence, no refund or replacement will be issued and you will have to pay to get your goods returned to you. Goods will be destroyed after 14 days if no action has been taken.
Goods must be sent to us with sufficient packaging to survive transit. The buyer will be liable for any damages caused in transit by insufficient packaging. The warranty does not cover the buyer where the equipment has been miss-used or not kept clean and maintained. The buyer agrees to keep the equipment clean to a reasonable standard for use and in a working condition.
