Delivery Information

Delivery Terms

We aim to dispatch all orders using our next-day service for orders placed before 2:00 PM. Please note that not all products are eligible for next-day delivery, and some locations may be exempt. If you require urgent delivery and your order is placed after 2:00 PM, please contact us at 01952 670777, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Charges

  • Free delivery is available on orders over £50.

  • Orders under £50 incur a delivery fee of £4.99.

Delivery Schedule

  • Deliveries are usually made on working days.

  • Please provide a mobile number with your order so that we can pass it to the courier for delivery updates and estimated arrival times.

Delivery Locations

  • Delivery is available to the UK mainland only.

  • For deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, or other British Isles locations, please contact us prior to ordering for a delivery quote. Charges may vary depending on the weight and size of your order.

Supplier Direct Shipments

  • Some items are shipped directly from our suppliers. These items may take an additional 1–2 days depending on the supplier’s own processing times. Any such items will be clearly indicated in the product description. For urgent orders, please contact us before placing your order.

Courier Responsibility

  • We use a third-party courier (FedEx) for deliveries and cannot be held responsible for delays caused by adverse weather, road closures, security checks, or other factors outside our control.

Special Instructions

  • Please provide a mobile number to receive updates and ETAs from the courier.

  • Larger items may be delivered on pallets, as indicated in the product descriptions. Pallet deliveries will only be attempted once. If no one is available to receive the delivery, a re-delivery fee may apply. Please ensure that someone is available at the specified delivery location on the agreed date.
