How to clean your griddle.


What are your opening hours?

We're open Mon - Fri 9-5

My new griddle has a slight buring smell, is this normal?

Yes. All of our elertrical machines have a protective oil covering the element to stop them from rusting during transit and storage. When you first use the machine, this oil needs to burn off. This is perfectly normal and should stop within 20-30 minutes.

Are your products all new?

Yes, all of our products are brand new.

What couriers do you use?

We use a combination of Royal mail and Parcelforce depending on the size of the parcel.

Do you have a trade counter?

Yes, we have a trade counter open to the public so you can physically see our products before you buy. We're open to trade and the public Monday to Friday, 9 till 5.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If you receive a broken or incorrect item, just send an email to info@chef-hub.co.uk with a picture of the product and we'll happily send a replacment or refund.

When will i receive my order?

We aim to ship all orders the same day, if paid for by 2pm. We use 24 hour services with Parcelforce and Royal Mail so you should receive your order the next day (excluding weekends and bank holidays)
